Start Your Admission Process

    It’s time to discover

    At NUEV we are looking for highly talented young people, motivated to face current challenges, willing to explore their vocation.
    The NUEV admission process aims to know not only your school skills, but also everything that makes you an extraordinary person.
    Objective evaluation? Yes! The information you share with us about who you are, what you are passionate about, and how you can uniquely contribute to our student community will be carefully reviewed by an Admissions Committee. Thus we ensure impartiality and confidentiality.
    At NUEV we also seek to maintain and raise our standard of academic excellence, which is why, along with our admission process, we have created support mechanisms to guarantee our NUEV students that they can access professional:

    To start the baccalaureate courses you must have completed your secondary studies and present official documentation that supports it. The admission process is subject to change without prior notice by the Admissions Committee.

    Register and fill in your admission request online

    a. Create your account
    It is required that you have a personal email in order to create your admissions account. It will be your access to the My Request portal and it will allow you to see the status of your request.

    b. Fill in your request
    Select the campus and program of your interest. After that, fill in your personal information in the different sections.

    c. Send your admission request
    Click Send once you have finished filling all of the fields. If you are a minor, it is required that a tutor helps you with your process in order to verify that the information is correct.

    You will have to deliver the following documents:

    • Birth certificate.
    • A copy of proof of studies from your Secondary School with average.*
    • A copy of the current official identification with the picture and signature of the responsible of paying the tuition.
    • If you are a minor, a copy of your current official identification with your picture** and a copy of the current official identification.
    • If you are of legal age, a copy of your current official identification  with your picture and signature.***

    *In the following list we will show you the documents that are valid according to the your studies phase and the month in which you are doing your admission process.

    • If you are currently in Secondary school and you are doing your admission process between September and December:
      • A copy of your grades from SEP of 1st and 2nd grade with stamp and signature.
    • If you are currently in Secondary school and you are doing your admission process between January and August:
      • Copy of your grades from SEP of 1st and 2nd grade and a constancy of the complete trimestral grades of the curricular subjects (download HERE the valid format of the document).
    • If you have finished Secondary school:
      • A copy of your Secondary school certificate

    **If you are a minor, you can provide as official identification: passport, IMSS/ISSSTE affiliation credential, school credential, SEP credential or official educational institutions, school certificate with photograph, driver’s license, official identification of the country of origin.

    ***People of legal age may submit as official identification: passport, IFE/INE credential, released military card, professional ID, official identification from the country of origin or official credential of the Secretary of National Defense or Secretary of the Navy.

    Gather your everything in your file that makes you unique!

    a. Share with us your curriculum 
    Your. curriculum is a short description of your school path. It includes questions about your achievements, skills, and aptitudes that you have obtained throughout your Secondary studies. Include your participations in all areas, because the achievements in each discipline, online or face-to-face, that you have obtained since 2018 up to today will help you have an extraordinary curriculum. It is important that you count with evidence of the activities that you describe there, because we could ask you to share them with us.

    b.  Compose your essay
    Let the words flow. Tell us in writing the experiences that have helped you be the persona that you are today, your future expectations and the reasons why you consider that you should be part of NUEV High

    Your curriculum and your essay are the determinant elements to take the decision of admission. Please fill in both documents in the requisite section of your admission in the My Request portal.

    Cover the admission process fee

    Check on the same My Request portal the amount you will have to cover and select your payment method:

    • Credit card.
    • PayPal.
    • Bank deposit.

    *The payment of the admission process is non-refundable.

    Schedule and take your tests

    a. PAA (Academic Aptitude Test)

    This test allows us to evaluate your mathematical and verbal skills. In the My Request portal you’ll be able to schedule your test. The PAA is taken face-to-face in any of our campus.

    We suggest that before taking the PAA you use the different tools the we have for you to be prepared:

    *The PAA test is taken in Spanish

    b. English placement test

    You will be able to schedule your English Placement Test from the My Request portal. Remember to bring an ID with your picture in order to show it and sit the test.

    c. Additional Elements

    In case the Admissions Committee asks for it, you will have to deliver some additional elements like: 

    • Recommendation letters
    • Personal Interview
    • Additional evaluations

    Get to know your admission result

    Once you have completed your process, you will get to know the date of the result delivery. In that day, the Admission Committee will emit the dictum of your process in the My Request portal.

    The decision from the Admission Committee is final and the process of selection is private and confidential, that is why the NUEV Education Institute keeps the reasons of the decision of admission ruled.

    Enroll yourself and be part of the NUEV Community

    In case you got a positive result, confirm your admission by covering the advance payment of tuition of $7,000 MXN, which you can do from the My Request portal. Check the calendar of events, enroll and integrate into the NUEV High community

    After July 28, 2023, you will have to pay the equivalent of the first payment of tuition plus the cost of the current tuition insurance at the moment, in order to complete your enrollment. Check the amount with your admissions associate.

    Limit date to ask for a refund of the payment in advance: August 4, 2023
